Jernbanetorget to St Halvards plass along Biskop Gunnerus gate, Schweigaards gate and Oslo gate :

Tram stops at Busterminalen Gronland, Munkegata and St Halvards plass were abolished .After
closure, the overhead equipment was quickly removed. The track was disconnected at St Halvards Plass.
The
route to Ljabru was diverted via existing tracks in Strandgata
(Jernbanetorget) to new track along Prinsens gate and Dronning Eufemias
gate to rejoin the original line at Oslo Gate, passing through the
newly developing area along
Oslo Fjord waterfront and home to the modern Oslo opera house. New tram
stops at Bjorvika and Middelalderparken were opened.
