One of two vessels built to inaugurate the services of the North British Steam Packet Co
Placed on routes from Helensburgh to the Kyles and Ardrishaig via Rothesay
Not immediately profitable and vessel laid up near the end of the first season
Put up for sale in April 1867 and sold to Turkish owners
Sailed until 1908 on the Bosphorus under the names of Nusetteyah and Nuzhetie
